    I cannot attest to the level of legal services that Andrew Morgan may or may not provide. I can say that I had hired him to take a case for me and after a few weeks, a conflict of interest was discovered. Attorney Morgan not only spent around $20 to mail me back my entire file, he organized it, chronologically and by content, and also included a check for the full amount of the retainer monies I had paid him. So far in my life, I am about 50/50 for bad attorneys and for good attorneys. Andrew Morgan falls into the 50% of good attorneys that I have ever dealt with. He has some integrity and character.
